Special Forces destroyed large bomb-making compound in Afghanistan

In a large scale operation in Ghazni province, Afghan Special Forces discovered and destroyed a large bomb-making compound. The bomb-making compound was operated by Taliban forces.

According to a statement issued by the 203rd Thunder Corps of Afghanistan National Army, the bomb-making factory was located in Moqor district. The statement further added that the Afghan Special Forces confiscated and destroyed 165 IEDs (improvised explosive devices).

Moreover, the Afghan Special Forces seized 26 motorcycles, a vehicle, 5 Ak-47 rifles, 2 PKM machine guns, a RPG launcher, 15 rockets for the RPG, 500 rounds of Dshk machine gun ammunition, 1000 rounds of PKM machine ammunition, 500 rounds of M4 rifle ammunition, 20 military uniforms and 5 radio sets.
