Latest altercations with Russia have triggered response from NATO forces. The NATO headquarters have deployed significant forces to the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Estonia). Each country contributes to NATO forces with personnel, vehicles or just with money. But small countries usually contributes with special forces personnel. The relevance of these small nations’ special forces units continues to grow.

NATO Special Operations Forces are highlighted in this well-edited, visually pleasing video.

The United States military has just sent an undisclosed unit and amount of SOF operators to the Lithuanian border with Russia to train, as well as work closely with the indigenous special forces units to keep an eye on. It looks like the new Cold War just entered final phase.

Larry Vickers good friend and West Coast Navy SEAL Sniper Monty LeClair created a great stress test course that mixes a range of shots to perfectly demonstrate the capabilities of an MK-12 SPR. Monty has way more time on the SPR than I do, especially since he deployed with it, so I wanted him to run the course of fire. Sitting on a bench and shooing groups is great for zeroing, but if you really want to train, you need to integrate stress training into your regiment. It’s a lot harder to shoot when your heart is racing and you are breathing heavy, which is far more realistic than just bench shooting.
