Training

The selection and training in the military are of essential parts. If you are a civilian and plan to join the military in your country, you need to know some things about PT and other requirements for selection. It means that you are in the right place. If you pass selection, you will need some inputs for the training, and to pass the selection and training, the best thing you can do is to prepare for it.
